SAFETY ON YOUR VISIT

Do I need to pre-book?

Online booking is essential – this is due to the requirement to limit numbers allowed in the Park at any one time and ensuring that we can make every ones visit as safe and enjoyable as possible. There will be Morning and Afternoon slots of 3 hour duration.

Please show your ticket (no need to print if you want to show ticket on phone) at admissions kiosk before entering the Park. Please also tell kiosk attendant your name and time slot.

What changes have been made to minimise the risk of Covid-19?

The Park has introduced many changes:

  • Staff dealing with customers are trained and will be wearing face masks (other PPE where required e.g. Café).
  • Perspex screens are in place at points of interaction – Admissions, Café & Train Carriages are divided.
  • Social distancing markers, signage and extra hand hygiene dispensers are placed throughout Park.
  • Queueing system introduced for Café and Train Trips with clear social distancing guidelines.
  • Café will be implementing a system where interaction will take place with just one staff member.
  • Sheltered outdoor picnic area is available for all customers.
  • Hot food, tea, coffee and snacks can be ordered in the Café and taken to sheltered picnic area.
  • Lullymore has signed up to Failte Ireland’s Covid-19 Safety Charter.
  • Contact tracing is being implemented.
  • Increased cleaning of all areas to the highest standards.
  • Online booking only to ensure the Park can limit numbers and allow social distancing.
  • Promoting all outdoor areas of Park including picnics for customers.
  • Credit / Debit Card use in Café is available.

Will the Play Areas be open?

The outdoor play area (including Mini Golf) will be open. We will limit numbers in this area and regularly clean play equipment / golf clubs will be cleaned after each use. We do ask customers to socially distance and use sanitisers provided by Park or your own at all times. The Indoor Play area will not be available due to Covid-19 health and safety concerns. However all other activities are available which will help ensure an action packed stay for the little ones.

What will I get on entry?

On entry to the Park please show your ticket (fine on phone) and tell kiosk attendant your name and time slot to check in. You will receive a brochure with a map of the Park. You will also receive a Fairy Quest Treasure Hunt Form. You can also request one of our hand held audio guides.

These items will be taken directly from their original boxes and staff member in kiosk will sanitise their hands before dealing with each customer. For the audio guides they will be cleaned before and after each use.
