The brilliant Indoor Play Centre, “Funky Forest”, outdoor play area and quality 18 hole Crazy Golf Course, pet farm, woodland/bogland

Our multi-award winning Park is set on 60 acres of breath-taking landscape and explores Irish heritage, culture and environment with woodland/peat land trails, gardens and exhibitions. It’s also a great place for the little ones with a state of the art indoor forest themed play centre, outdoor play area with crazy golf, pet farm and train trips. Experience a 9,000 year journey through landmark periods of Irish history, from the arrival of the early Mesolithic settlers, the dawning of Christianity and through to turbulent times of rebellion and famine – the past truly comes to life with the Parks interactive multi-media, replica dwellings and exhibitions.
The new Biodiversity Boardwalk, the first of its kind in Ireland, meanders serenely through glassy lakes and rejuvenating peat land of birch, heathers and bog cotton. It tells the story of how the Irish midlands great raised bogs, 10,000 years in the making are at the dawn of a new era.
This project received grant aid from Cill Dara Ar Aghaidh which is financed by the Irish Government under the Rural Development Programme Ireland 2007-2013 and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in Rural Areas.
